Use the Prompt Library

You do not need to build every prompt from scratch.

TypeBoost includes a Prompt Library so you can start from ready-made prompt ideas and make them your own.

When to Use the Prompt Library

Use the Prompt Library when:

• you are new to TypeBoost
• you want a fast starting point
• you need ideas for a new workflow
• you want to compare your own prompt against another approach

How to Open It

From the Mac app, go to:

Settings -> Prompts

From there, you can open the Prompt Library and explore more prompts.

Clone, Then Customize

The best way to use library prompts is not to treat them as final.

Instead:

1. find a prompt that is close to what you want
2. clone it into your own account
3. rename it if needed
4. adjust the instruction, tags, and examples

This is usually much faster than starting with a blank prompt.

What Makes a Good Library Prompt to Clone

Look for prompts that already match:

• your task
• your preferred output style
• your tone
• your workflow

If the prompt is only partly right, that is still fine. A good base saves time.

Build Your Own Personal Toolkit

Over time, the real goal is not to keep browsing forever.

The goal is to build a set of prompts that fit your own work:

• your emails
• your notes
• your posts
• your recurring writing tasks

The library helps you get there faster.
