Use the Prompt Library when:

From there, you can open the Prompt Library and explore more prompts.

The best way to use library prompts is not to treat them as final.
Instead:

Look for prompts that already match:
If the prompt is only partly right, that is still fine. A good base saves time.
Over time, the real goal is not to keep browsing forever.
