Manage Prompts on iPhone

You can do real prompt management inside the iPhone app.

That means iPhone is not only for running prompts. It can also help you update them when you are away from your Mac.

Open Your Prompt List

Go to the Settings area of the iPhone app and open My Prompts.

From there, choose the prompt you want to edit.

What You Can Change

On the prompt screen, you can update:

• the name
• the prompt type
• tags
• whether the prompt is active
• whether it should show changes by default
• the description
• the prompt messages themselves

You can then save the prompt directly in the app.

Prompt Types on iPhone

Just like on Mac, prompts can be set up for:

• text
• voice
• both

That helps you control where each prompt should appear and how you want to use it.

Edit the Prompt Messages

If you want to refine the actual instruction, open the prompt editor and change the message content.

This is useful when:

• the prompt is close but not quite right
• you want a clearer tone
• you want shorter output
• you want to add or improve examples

Save or Delete

After editing, save the prompt to sync the change back to your account.

If you no longer need the prompt, you can delete it from the same screen.

For many users, Mac is still the easiest place for larger prompt overhauls. But iPhone is more than enough for quick fixes and updates.
