TypeBoost uses plan-based limits for text, voice, and history.
At the time of writing, the main plans are:
$050,000 text credits one time10 voice minutes one time3 days of history$12/month1,000,000 text credits each month3 hours of voice each month14 days of history$96/yearEach text credit represents one counted character. For every completed text run, TypeBoost counts characters in both the full input sent to the AI and the answer it generates.
The input includes:
The output is the generated answer. Separate model reasoning is not included. Spaces, line breaks, and tabs are not counted in either the input or the output.
In short:
credits used = input characters + output characters
For example, if the prompt and its context contain 300 counted characters,
your text contains 500, and the generated answer contains 700, the run uses
1,500 text credits.
Voice runs use both text credits and voice minutes. The audio duration uses voice minutes, while the transcribed text, prompt, and generated answer use text credits as described above.
You can always see what is left on your account surfaces.
If you are on a paid plan, your usage refreshes with your billing cycle.
If you are on the free plan, the starter credits are a one-time bundle.
Recent Activity is also tied to your plan.
That means the amount of saved history you can browse later depends on whether you are on Free or Pro.
If you want to keep more past runs available, a higher plan gives you longer retention.
This page explains the current plan structure, but your account page is still the live source of truth for:
